I first heard the founder describe this drink on the Fail Better with David Duchovny as “refreshing butterfly pee,” and honestly… that description somehow makes perfect sense after trying it.

The Scarlet Apple & Sage flavor is herbal and slightly tart, which makes it feel clean and refreshing instead of sugary like most soft drinks. It has a botanical quality that feels natural and balanced — almost like drinking something nature itself would approve of.

What stood out most to me is how it made me feel. There’s no sugar rush and no jittery caffeine buzz. Instead, it creates a calm, refreshing lift that feels light and relaxed. It’s the kind of drink you can enjoy when you want something interesting to sip but don’t want alcohol or another overly sweet soda.

I poured it over ice in a glass and it honestly felt like a fancy mocktail.

It didn’t magically reveal the mythical “G spot” of beverages or anything like that… but it did leave me relaxed enough that I might wander outside and pollinate a flower like a happy little butterfly.
