Returns Policy

This Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through GS Beverages Inc ("the Company") website. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with this Policy.

    1. Returns

    We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. If GS Beverages Inc approves your return request, you must return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

      2. Eligibility

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

        3. Return Process

        To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@thisisgspot.com. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

          4. Refunds

          Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

            5. Faulty or Defective Items

            If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

            6. Exchanges

            We only replace items if they are faulty or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately.

              7. Sale Items

              Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
